i am such a nerd

This JUST happened & I am SO embarrassed. I actually asked the woman who posted the photo, Lucie, what (art mediums:) she was working with...I really must update my glasses Rx......

I hope you mixed media artists get just how funny this is. I was going thru the Facebook homepage with the very tiny photos & saw this picture - the comment posted is "Layers". I'll just post the whole convo instead of telling it in story form:

It is a spinach ground beef bechamel sauce with roasted zucchinis and cheese of course. Very good!

ok, I swear this is true - I am so pathetic - I'm sitting here by myself cracking up. I thought this was a mixed media piece. Like maybe... encaustic and tissue paper with paint. LOLOLOL. My eyesight is SO BAD - I saw the little photo in the feed. Of course now looking at the whole page image I see it is FOOD. Well, it's STILL nice. You are an artistic cook:) (oh my gosh I am pitiful, LOLOL)

it's word association - when I see "layers" I think "art" - I can't stop laughing - gonna wake my husband up.

(of course seeing the photo this large isn't fair - it was about 1/8th of this size on FB)
